Quality and Performance Manager

We''re looking for a Quality and Performance Manager to join our Sizewell C team based in Suffolk. Location: SuffolkHours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technical Delivery Team working on Sizewell C, a major 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station under construction on the Suffolk coast. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you''ll take ownership of quality compliance and assurance activities, ensuring successful handover of works to the client while managing a team of quality inspectors and completion engineers. What will you be responsible for? As a Quality and Performance Manager, you''ll be working within the Technical Delivery Team, supporting them in managing all technical aspects of quality and assurance. Your day to day will include: Overseeing quality inspection and control activities on site and owning the project quality and handover strategies, Managing quality inspectors and handover engineers while liaising with project managers, delivery teams and client representatives, Implementing and ensuring adherence to project procedures, specifications and quality plans in line with British and International Standards, Managing the Inspection Test Plans process and reviewing quality documentation including Lifetime Quality Records and End of Construction Records, Delivering ..... full job details .....
