You''ll take ownership of quality across the business whilst also overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, leading a team of approximately 15-20 production staff and helping shape the future direction of the company. A significant part of the role will involve identifying and implementing the quality standards, accreditations and systems required to support growth into Nuclear and Defence markets.
