Quality and Impact Manager Location: Norwich, with Norfolk-wide travel Hours: 37 per week (subject to Four Day Week scheme following 6 months in post) Salary: £30,000 pa Leave: 25 days p.a. + bank holidays Application Deadline: Monday 28th September 2026 Reports to: Funding and Development Manager About the Role As Quality and Impact Manager, you will strengthen project management, quality, data and impact systems across Future Projects, helping teams deliver effective, sustainable services that respond to local need. Working with Department Heads and service and project leads, you will support services and time-limited projects through planning, mobilisation, delivery, review, transition and closure. You will provide practical support and constructive challenge, while overseeing progress, risk, compliance, impact and effective use of resources. You will lead CRM, monitoring, evaluation and reporting arrangements and act as the organisation''s Data Protection Lead, using evidence and insight to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Support service and project planning, mobilisation, sustainability, transition and closure. Develop and maintain proportionate quality assurance, project management and improvement systems. Monitor KPIs, outputs, outcomes, milestones and deliverables, identifying risks and performance issues early.
