This is a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive in a hands-on role, with an exciting 50/50 split between design engineering and quality assurance!What You''ll Do:Design Engineering (50%)Create, modify, and maintain 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks (essential!).Support new product development and manage engineering changes.Collaborate closely with manufacturing to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and fit for purpose.Provide technical input to meet customer and application requirements.Quality Engineering (50%)Support and enhance quality processes across manufacturing operations.Assist with audits, inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.Work alongside the Quality team to maintain ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.Produce technical reports, documentation, and conduct root-cause analysis.About You:Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Design, or a similar field.Proficient in SolidWorks - your expertise is essential!Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.A genuine interest in both design and quality engineering.Knowledge of ISO9001 / ISO14001 is a plus, but don''t worry if you''re not familiar - training will be provided!You''re ..... full job details .....
