Quality and Compliance Manager Location: Selby, North Yorkshire Job Type: Full-time, Permanent An excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business and play a key role in driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement across a busy production site. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the Quality, Compliance and Site Cleaning teams, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained. This is a varied and influential role where you will work closely with production, operations and wider site management to strengthen quality systems, maintain regulatory and customer compliance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. We''re looking for someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor, building relationships across departments and taking ownership of quality performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop the Quality, Compliance and Site Cleaning teams, creating a positive and accountable working environment. Ensure the site operates in accordance with relevant legislation, customer specifications and company standards. Manage, maintain and continually improve quality management systems, procedures and processes. Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, inspections and customer visits.
