Quality and Compliance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join a successful manufacturing business based in Scunthorpe.Working for the UK''s leading manufacturer and supplier of recyclable packaging products, you will play a key role in driving quality standards, leading audits and supporting continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment committed to sustainability and innovation.THE ROLE:Develop and Implement Quality and Compliance Strategies: Create and Manage Quality and Compliance control systems, ensure that continuous production meets the standards and requirements. Conduct Internal Audits: Lead and coordinate internal audits, prepare for yearly external audits, BRC, ISO9001, FDSC manage the findings and use corrective action where needed. Monitor, create and update Quality and Compliance: To ensure that as a company we are adhering to industry specific regulations and that our internal standards reflect this. Completing regular reviews and assessments internally. Investigate Quality Issues: Facilitate investigations into quality and compliance along with non-conformance, to deem the root cause. Implement corrective and preventative measures/ actions.Documentation Management: Oversee the documentation systems for Quality and Compliance procedures, standards and specifications to ensure they are current and compliant with regulations.
