Quality and Compliance Manager | Manufacturing | Leamington Spa | £35,000 – £40,000
We''re recruiting a Quality and Compliance Manager for a well-established, award-winning manufacturer in Leamington Spa. It''s a broad, hands-on position spanning ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, product compliance and regulatory affairs, sustainability, and product data — a great next step for an experienced Quality Manager, Compliance Manager or QHSE Manager looking to own a function end-to-end, with real autonomy and a proper handover from the outgoing post-holder.
What''s on offer
In return, this Quality and Compliance Manager role offers a competitive salary, genuine flexibility and real ownership within a growing, global manufacturing business.
• £35,000–£40,000
• Won Great Place to Work in the UK award
• 2pm Friday finish
• One day a week working from home
• Autonomy within a close, 28-strong team, backed by the resources of a large international group
• Central role in a global, family run business
The role
As Quality and Compliance Manager, you''ll lead the company''s Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS), own product compliance across multiple export markets, and build a Product Information Management (PIM) system from scratch. You''ll work closely with Technical, Sales, Customer Services and Product Management to keep product, compliance and technical data accurate, accessible and audit-ready.
• Lead and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation, including internal and external audits
• Manage product compliance and regulatory affairs — CE marking, UKCA, Prop 65, PPWR and the incoming CBAM
• Build and own a Product Information Management (PIM) system, integrated with the company''s ERP
• Oversee Health & Safety, working alongside an external consultancy and an experienced in-house team
• Support the sustainability agenda and environmental reporting across the business
About you
This Quality and Compliance Manager vacancy would suit a confident, detail-driven professional with a background in quality, compliance, data or regulatory management within a manufacturing or technical environment — someone equally comfortable leading an ISO audit and owning a database from scratch.
• Proven ISO 9001 experience (ISO 14001 a strong plus), including audits
• Working knowledge of product compliance and regulatory frameworks — CE/UKCA, Prop 65, PPWR, CBAM or similar
• Confident taking ownership of a full database, PIM or ERP system
• A manufacturing, technical or regulated industry background
• Health & Safety awareness
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Technical and Customer Services
