Just a focused, important position where your skills will genuinely matter from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing and quality checking outgoing client correspondence before dispatch, ensuring accuracy, clarity, tone and compliance with FCA guidelinesIdentifying errors, inconsistencies or areas for improvement and providing clear, constructive feedback to the teamMaintaining high standards across a fast-moving, volume-driven operationWorking within an FCA regulated framework to ensure all client communications meet the required standardActing as a key line of quality control in a business where getting things right genuinely ..... full job details .....
