Quality and Assurance Manager £50,000-£65,000 Berkshire Defence and AerospaceVenn Group''s Defence and Aerospace team is exclusively supporting a growing UK defence technology manufacturer with the appointment of a Quality and Assurance Manager.This is a broad, hands-on position with genuine ownership of the organisation''s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, alongside responsibility for developing safety assurance across complex engineering programmes.You''ll work closely with engineering, production, suppliers and senior leadership, with the authority to shape and improve quality processes as the business continues to grow.Key responsibilities:Own and continuously improve the ISO 9001:2015 QMSLead internal, external and customer auditsManage NCRs, CAPA and root-cause investigationsDrive supplier quality, FAI and continuous improvementMaintain quality documentation, traceability and process controlsSupport progression towards AS9100 and relevant defence quality standardsDevelop and maintain the Safety Management SystemSupport hazard management, investigations and safety reportingWe''re particularly interested in people with:Quality management experience within engineering or manufacturingStrong practical ISO 9001 experienceQMS ownership and auditing experienceNCR/CAPA/root-cause and continuous-improvement expertiseExperience within aerospace, defence or another safety-critical industryExperience with AS9100, AS9102, AQAP, MAA Regulatory Articles, SMS, FMEA, APQP or Six ..... full job details .....
