Key Responsibilities
As a QA Specialist, you will:
✅ Review customer journeys across New Business, Customer Services, Collections, and Resolutions.
✅ Provide oversight to ensure adherence to regulations and internal quality standards.
✅ Analyse data and interactions to spot risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
✅ Work closely with internal teams and outsourced partners to drive quality.
✅ Deliver constructive feedback and support calibrations to align QA frameworks.
What We''re Looking For
🔹 Experience in a QA or compliance role within a regulated environment.
🔹 Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and quality frameworks.
🔹 Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Analytical mindset with experience using Excel and reporting tools.
🔹 A proactive, driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
