      <description>Location: Havant | Salary: &amp;pound;13.17/hour | Type: Contract | Quality Analyst We are looking for a motivated and hands-on  Warranty Specialist Analyst  to join a busy Customer Claims team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical background who enjoys fault finding, problem-solving, technical analysis, and working closely with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities  Investigate and analyse products returned under warranty.  Carry out inspections, testing, and technical assessments of returned units.  Raise and process warranty claims through internal systems.  Identify root causes of product failures and customer issues.  Produce detailed technical reports and findings.  Liaise with customers and internal departments to support claim resolution.  Carry out occasional customer site visits to support troubleshooting activities.  Support continuous improvement initiatives and testing methods.
