We''re recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Working closely with production and technical teams, you''ll help ensure food safety, compliance, and quality standards are maintained across the site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous food manufacturing experience who enjoys a hands on role and wants to make a real impact within a supportive and forward thinking business.

The Role:

• Support the Technical Manager with day-to-day quality and food safety activities.
• Maintain and update quality and operational documentation.
• Coordinate food safety and quality training records.
• Log and investigate customer complaints and internal non-conformances.
• Review audit findings and track corrective actions.
• Respond to food safety and quality-related issues.
• Attend HACCP meetings and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and issue rework instructions.
• Support continuous improvement across quality and technical processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, customer and legal standards.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing organisation, in a Quality capacity.
• Ideally previous experience within Food Manufacturing.
• Knowledge/Familiarity with BRCGS food standards.
• Qualification within Food safety or food technology - Desirable.
