We''re looking for a Quality & Environmental Manager to join our manufacturing clients dynamic team in a permanent role, paying IRO -45,000 per annum (negotiable for the right candidate).

What You''ll Be Doing

• Leading the Charge: Overseeing quality and environmental systems (ISO 9001 & 14001) to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
• Customer Engagement: Acting as a trusted point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and external audits.
• Driving Change: Managing or contributing to projects that improve processes, enhance performance, and reduce carbon usage.
• Team Leadership: Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve exceptional results.
• Process Innovation: Updating SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating across departments to ensure operational excellence.
• Problem Solving: Investigating non-conformances and implementing effective corrective action plans.
• Sustainability Focus: Supporting the business in achieving environmental goals.

What We''re Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years of managing and improving quality and environmental systems.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and (ideally) ISO 45001.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), exceptional communication, and people management skills.
• Expertise: Experience in glass processing or manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Jotika G Track glass processing software or Six Sigma certification.
