Reporting directly to the Factory Managers you will play an integral role in achieving Quality targets for a true market leading company. With a long established presence within Dunstable this is an ideal opportunity for a strong Quality and Compliance Manager looking for their next challenging position with the backing of a stable and secure business.
This position will appeal to an individual who is keen to constantly uphold and improve quality standards within a manufacturing environment.
Role Description:
- Day to day management of quality issues.
- Managing the Quality Team
- Looking at the environment aspects
- Full involvement in long term improvement activity planning.
- Supervising internal audits
- Hands on involvement in identifying root cause issues at manufacturing level
- Implementing change in relation to engineering procedures and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities within quality
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Health, safety and environmental management
- Comtinuous Improvments
Skills and Qualifications:
* Quality Management backgroung, ISO 9001, NEBOSH, Six Sigma green Belt
