Quality Advisor

Shirley Parsons are partnering with a longstanding client to recruit a Quality Advisor for a significant infrastructure and energy project based in Peterhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major long-term project and play a key role in driving quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across site operations. Key Responsibilities: Carry out internal audits and compliance reviews. Support the management of non-conformance reports and corrective actions. Monitor and report on quality performance and trends. Deliver quality briefings and support teams in driving improvements. Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards. About You: 3-5 years'' experience within a Quality Advisor, Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or similar role. Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001. Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification desirable. Experience conducting audits and managing non-conformances. Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders.
