This is a home-based position covering the Midlands, supporting a large infrastructure services group with auditing, assurance and business improvement across its operational businesses. You’ll spend time with depot and site teams, completing audits, identifying areas for improvement and helping make processes more consistent across the group. The role offers the chance to develop within a larger organisation while working closely with operational teams, managers and the wider safety, sustainability and quality function. The business is open on level. This could suit someone with early quality, audit or assurance experience who wants to develop, or someone already working in a similar role who enjoys being out in the business and helping improve how things are done.
