About the Role
A Quality Administrator is required in Dudley to join a quality team within the automotive sector. This full-time, temporary role offers £14.00 to £15.00 per hour, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Quality Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Quality department.
- Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
- Updating and managing data within CRM and internal systems.
- Producing reports and analysing data using Microsoft Excel.
- Creating and using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to support reporting and identify trends.
- Assisting with audits, inspections, and quality documentation.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure quality information is accurate and up to date.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through accurate data management.
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Confident using CRM systems and other computer-based software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Competitive pay of £14.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
