Location: Derbyshire, Site Based
Salary: £25,602 per annum + £3,000 car allowance + Excellent Benefits!
Contract & Hours: Full time, Permanent, 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday

Sustainable Building Services is a multi-award-winning retrofit decarbonisation solutions provider and principal contractor delivering at scale across all housing tenure types, including social, owner-occupied, and private rental homes.

We are now recruiting for a Quality Administrator to assume responsibility for evidence population and lodgement preparation.
This role will involve liaising with contractors and site teams to request, collate and prepare evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out to PAS2030:2019 and MCS Standards.
You will collaborate across the business and the wider group, providing administrative support for retrofit related activities.
As our Quality Administrator you will:
• Collate all necessary paperwork for the installation of energy efficiency measures in compliance with PAS 2035:2019 and MCS requirements.
• Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators to ensure documentation aligns with contract programmes.
• Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams to support energy efficiency measures.
• Upload documentation to various locations and share points, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure zero compliance failures by guaranteeing submission accuracy and thoroughness.
• Adhere to all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines.
• Engage with sub-contractors to support effective project development and delivery.
• Request client shared folder access to upload completed lodgement evidence post-project.
• Travel to additional sites as required to provide hands-on assistance.
• Take on ad hoc projects or initiatives to meet changing business needs.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
• 2 years administrative experience.
• Proficiency in IT particularly Excel.
• The ability to efficiently organise workload.
• The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills
