Designing and delivering qualitative projects from brief to debriefApplying behavioural frameworks to drive consumer-focused changeBuilding trusted client relationships and contributing to pitches and proposalsCoaching and developing a team of 4 researchersDriving innovation in tools, thinking, and methodologiesCollaborating across creative, strategy, and digital teamsSkills and experience
Extensive experience in qualitative research with an agency environmentAbility to evidence the ability to build strong client relationshipsPeople management or mentoring experience of a small teamSkilled in depth interviews, facilitation, and ethnographic techniquesA strategic, empathetic, and commercially aware mindsetExperience with biometric research or cultural insight frameworks would be an advantageFull, clean UK driving licenceEmployment details
