Research Manager

to join our team, focusing on projects in France and across Europe.

The Role

This is a key client-facing research role, with a strong focus on

project delivery and insight generation . While the role is based in France, candidates may also work remotely from other European countries. Fluency in

French and English

is required, as you will lead research projects and present insights to clients in France and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Deliver projects: Lead AI-driven research projects end-to-end, including designing discussion guides, managing fieldwork, and ensuring high-quality outputs.Generate insights: Craft reports, analyze findings, and present actionable insights to clients.Onboard clients: Guide new clients onto the BoltChatAI platform and ensure a smooth adoption process.Client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for French and European clients, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.Team support: Mentor and support junior researchers in project execution and reporting.Innovate: Contribute ideas to improve methodologies and enhance our AI-powered research platform.

(Note: Business development and proposal writing may occur occasionally, but they are not the core focus of this role.)

What We’re Looking For

6–8 years of experience in market research/insights (agency or client side).Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.Hands-on expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Passion for innovation and AI-driven insights.
