The role will provide analytical, research and coordination capacity to support the creation of resident insight analysis. The work will involve taking existing outputs and using established AI routines to create thematic insight.You will be responsible to:Review and analyse resident survey responses, engagement outputs, data and documentation provided by the project team.Contribute to the test and learn phase of a new approach to embed community insight into strategic decision makingIdentify key themes, issues, risks, gaps and opportunities.Produce clear summaries, briefings, narrative slide content (to standard model), trackers or working notes as required.Support preparation for meetings, workshops or stakeholder discussions.Maintain action logs, issue logs or other project records where needed.Work with the project team to refine outputs based on feedback.
