This is a trauma-informed SEMH setting , so the school needs someone who is resilient, patient and confident managing challenging behaviour , while understanding that behaviour is often a form of communication. Previous SEN/SEMH experience is essential. Looking for a strong and nurturing teacher who can provide structure, consistency and engaging lessons while confidently supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
