Qualified Teaching Assistant (Full time, Long Term)Caerphilly£444 60 (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) The School and RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality learning support, helping pupils reach their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons, resources, and displays.Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.Monitor and record pupils progress and provide feedback to teachers.Help maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment.Promote inclusion and support the emotional and social development of pupils.Supervise pupils during breaks, lunchtimes, and on school trips as required. RequirementsThe desired Teaching Assistant will have. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification OR CACHE Qualification (or equivalent).Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learning.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
