Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for a qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bolton (BL1) on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will work across EYFS and KS1, providing high-quality classroom support alongside targeted SEND support for pupils who require additional assistance with their learning, communication, behaviour and development.

• Supporting pupils across EYFS and KS1
• Providing 1:1 and small-group SEND support
• Assisting with phonics, early reading and other interventions
• Supporting pupils'' learning, development and independence
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
• Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND

• Qualified Teaching Assistant with relevant experience
• Previous experience working within EYFS and/or KS1
• Confident supporting pupils with SEND
• Patient, proactive and nurturing in their approach
• Able to build positive relationships with children and staff
• Reliable and committed to a full-time role
