Primary Teaching Assistant - Level 2/3 Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant with experience working in UK primary schools? Aspire People are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across primary schools. We are looking for candidates who hold a Level 2 or Level 3 CACHE qualification, or an equivalent recognised Teaching Assistant qualification, and who have proven experience working within UK schools. The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both academically and pastorally. You may work alongside the class teacher, provide targeted one-to-one support, or work with small groups of pupils.Your responsibilities may include: Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and learning activities. Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and develop key skills. Providing one-to-one support for pupils with SEN, adapting activities and resources to meet individual needs. Supporting pupils with additional learning, communication, behavioural or emotional needs. Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
