TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming SEND school in Frome, seeking to appoint a dedicated QTS Teacher for a long-term temporary role starting in September. The school''s ethos is rooted in Educational Excellence, Character Formation and Spiritual Insight, creating a highly inclusive, family-like environment where student wellbeing and restorative practices are at the heart of everything they do.

The school is looking to appoint a committed QTS Teacher on a long-term temporary basis. The successful QTS Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs, adapting learning to meet individual requirements, promoting positive behaviour, and working closely with support staff to ensure every learner reaches their full potential.

The successful QTS Teacher will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Experience teaching within a SEND setting or supporting pupils with additional needs

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, patient and adaptable approach to teaching
