The school provides high-quality education to children and young people, providing a nurturing environment where learners can thrive and re-engage with education. This role is full time, and the successful candidate will be able to start as soon as possible.
The school is seeking a passionate and resilient qualified teacher to join their experienced, supportive team. The following qualities are essential to the role:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has prior experience in an SEN or SEMH setting.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the needs of pupils with SEMH, ADHD, and associated conditions.
- Brings resilience, creativity, and a passion for transforming young lives.
Within this role, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the educational journey of children and young people. You will plan and deliver creative, engaging, and highly differentiated lessons that are carefully tailored to meet the individual targets outlined in each pupil''s EHCP, ensuring every learner has the opportunity to thrive. Beyond academic teaching, you will nurture a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where positive relationships are built, trust is established, and pupils feel valued and empowered.
