• QTS or PGCE with experience teaching KS1

• Strong classroom management skills with a calm, consistent approach

• A kind, warm, and nurturing nature with a genuine commitment to pupil wellbeing

• Confidence delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and progress

• An ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

• Two recent references from educational settings
