Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Qualified Teacher to join a supportive school in Redditch. This is a full-time, long-term role, working Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.

The Role:

Delivering high-quality lessons across your subject specialism or general curriculum
Planning, preparing, and assessing student work
Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Working collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a UK school setting
Strong classroom management skills
A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
