Job Summary Alwena Jones and Bright Ltd are seeking a qualified and experienced Solicitor to join our friendly and busy team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic legal team, supporting clients through complex property transactions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client care. What we offer Full-time or part-time working options Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE) Remote/hybrid working available Full secretarial support Supportive and collaborative team environment Offices across North Wales: Tywyn, Dolgellau, Barmouth and Blaenau Ffestiniog and a Virtual Office in London Essential Requirements Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) Minimum 3 years'' PQE Strong experience in residential property/conveyancing Please note: applicants must meet the above essential requirements. Applications without residential conveyancing experience and 3+ PQE will not be considered. Desirable (not essential) Experience or knowledge in commercial property , family law , or probate Welsh language skills Responsibilities Managing a comprehensive caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
