Qualified Social Worker, Team Manager, Youth Justice Team, Rochdale Council Pay rate up to £45 per hour Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in a Youth Justice Team in Rochdale Council.As Team Manager, you will play a key role in driving high-quality practice, supporting and developing practitioners, promoting evidence-based interventions, and ensuring children, young people, families, and victims receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for mentoring and supervising staff, contribute to service development, quality assurance, partnership working, and innovation across the Youth Justice agenda.
