To hold a caseload of more complex children. Lead and support your team alongside your manager to drive the improvement plan within your team. Support your colleagues by offering reflective supervision and group supervision to highlight good practice and learning opportunities. To support and contribute to improving our data set. To offer support to your team when your team manager is unavailable and to offer specified support where this has been identified. To model good practice and to offer teaching/learning and support opportunities to newer members of staff.
