The Role:As a key member of the
Mental Health Team , you''ll be working with adults across various stages of need – from safeguarding referrals to complex case management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Conducting
Care Act assessmentsCompleting
Mental Capacity AssessmentsManaging
safeguarding enquiries
and Section 42 casesWorking closely with
multi-agency partnersParticipating in a
duty rota
within your allocated areaYou''ll be using your professional judgment, communication skills, and legal knowledge to ensure person-centred, rights-based outcomes.
What You

ll Need:We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and empathy to the role. You should have:Social Work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or Degree in Social Work)Registration with
Social Work EnglandAt least
4 years’ post-qualified experienceSolid understanding of key legislation including:
Care Act 2014Mental Capacity Act 2005Mental Health ActHuman Rights Act
Strong risk assessment, safeguarding, and case management skillsA person-centred approach, with an ability to work creatively and collaboratively
