Qualified Social Worker, Integrated Front Door Team, Wakefield Council Pay rate £35 per hourContract role Vitalis are recruiting for a Social Worker to work in an Integrated Front Door Team in Wakefield Council.Wakefield''s Integrated Front Door provides a single integrated gateway for all concerns about child safety or welfare. The purpose of this role is to bring together a Multi-Agency Workforce to facilitate the early identification of risk of harm and unmet additional ned. To make timely, co-ordinated and proportionate interventions to keep children and vulnerable people safe and ensure that they are receiving an appropriate level of support where additional need has been identified.The appointed worker will be expected to hit the ground running, it is a busy service.Please get in touch for more information.
