Qualified Social Worker, Community Mental Health Team Pay rate £35 per hour Contract rolesWe are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Community Mental Health Team in Leeds City Council. You will need experience in a similar Local Authority role. We are seeking an Adult Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs, both in the community and as part of hospital discharge planning. They will undertake Care Act 2014 assessments, support planning in partnership with service users, and complete Mental Capacity Act assessments. The role also includes preparing Social Circumstances Reports for First-tier Mental Health Review Tribunals under the Mental Health Act 1983 and attending hearings. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in this field and carrying out statutory social work duties.
