Qualified social worker - Children with disabilities

Our client Bradford Metropolitan District Council is looking for a Qualified social worker to join their Children with disabilities team.The Children''s Complex Health and Disabilities Team is a specialist social work team working with children and young people with severe and profound disabilities and their families.The team is well established and experienced with their work covering the full range of statutory duties in the delivery of the service.The team provides assessment, support and services to ensure that the children and young people they work with are safe and reach their full potential.
