Qualified Social Worker Children Services

North London Qualified Social Workers Children Services £30 - £32 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload within Children''s Services, including areas such as Safeguarding, Child Protection, Children in Need, Looked After Children, Fostering, Adoption, Assessment and Duty. Undertake comprehensive child and family assessments. Complete Section 47 enquiries and safeguarding investigations where required. Develop and review outcome-focused care plans. Carry out direct work with children, young people and families. Prepare high-quality reports for meetings, reviews and court proceedings. Attend court hearings and provide evidence when required. Work closely with partner agencies including education, health and police services. Ensure statutory visits, reviews and assessments are completed within required timescales. Support children and families to achieve positive outcomes through effective intervention and planning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements and local authority policies.
