We are aspirational for our children and as a Social Worker in our Children In Care service, you will play a crucial role in advocating for the well-being and development of the looked after children and young people you supportYour responsibilities will include:Developing meaningful relationships with children and young people and ensuring that they are at the centre of everything we do.Ensuring that plans for children and young people are creative, individualised and reflect the child''s voice, their hopes and aspirations and drive progressCollaborating with family, carers and professionals to achieve best outcomes for children and young people and drive plans to robustly address physical, identity, emotional, and educational needs.Supporting children to retain meaningful relationships with their families and wider networksMaintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions, assessments, and interventions.
