The office base can be Lincoln, Sleaford or Louth and the candidate would be expected to work from the office at least twice a week. This role will be mainly completing assessments and supporting prospective adoptive parents and families in need of post adoption and SGO support. We are a busy team, managing adoption and SGO services across the large county of Lincolnshire, so travel is required. A skilled and experienced social worker, you will need to have excellent time management skills, be an analytical report writer and have safeguarding children at the heart of everything you do. Experience in the field of adoption would be preferable, as a supervising social worker or in post adoption support or kinship support role.
