Qualified Social Worker

Hertfordshire Qualified Social Workers (Children''s and Adult Services) £30 - £32 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload within Children''s or Adult Social Care Services. Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred support plans. Carry out safeguarding enquiries and interventions where required. Work directly with children, young people, adults, families and carers to achieve positive outcomes. Complete statutory visits, reviews and assessments within required timescales. Prepare high-quality reports, assessments and case records. Attend multi-agency meetings, reviews and court proceedings where necessary. Work collaboratively with partner agencies, including health, education, housing and community services. Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for service users. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, statutory guidance and local authority procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards.
