Use British Sign Language (BSL) to support effective communication and learning. Support pupils with hearing impairments, communication difficulties and additional learning needs. Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets. Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENDCos and specialist support staff. Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment. Monitor pupil progress and promote independence, confidence and achievement.
