SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist Provision (PE1)Location: PE1Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)Working Hours: 30 hours per weekWe are seeking a friendly, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision supporting young people with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.Working alongside the Teacher/Tutor and wider staff team, you will support small groups of up to four students in the morning and four students in the afternoon, providing tailored support to meet each student''s individual needs. The role focuses on building positive relationships, encouraging engagement and helping students develop both academically and personally.Students within the provision may have a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties and other learning challenges.
