Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support students in developing both academically and socially, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed.Requirements: A recognised qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or relevant experience working in a SEN environment.
