Our SEN schools place a strong emphasis on creative and adaptable learning, giving pupils opportunities to develop their education in alternate ways, build confidence and independence. You will work across a range of year groups, supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs , including: Autism Complex physical and medical needs Communication and learning difficulties Challenging behaviour A range of additional and individual needs Key Responsibilities Plan, cover and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Adapt teaching and learning to meet the individual needs and abilities of pupils. Teach across a range of age groups, abilities and SEN profiles. Encourage creativity, imagination and participation within lessons. Implement appropriate behaviour management and support strategies.
