Qualified SEN science teacher

Salary: From -38,000+ (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Veritas Education are working with a well-supported SEN school in Windsor to recruit a qualified Science Teacher for a permanent role starting in September.

You will be teaching Science to students with a range of special educational needs. The school is looking for someone who can adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and create a supportive, structured classroom environment.

• Plan and deliver differentiated Science lessons for KS3-KS4
• Adapt teaching to meet individual student needs
• Support pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
• Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP outcomes
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other professionals

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• KS3 -KS4 curriculum experience
• Experience working with SEN pupils
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A patient, flexible and committed approach
