One-to-One Secondary Tutors Required - Wokingham, BerkshireWe are looking for committed one-to-one secondary tutors, ideally qualified teachers, to deliver off-site educational support to secondary-aged pupils in and around the Wokingham area.This position is particularly well suited to secondary teachers seeking an alternative to mainstream classroom teaching, offering flexible, part-time work while continuing to make a meaningful impact through personalised, targeted learning support.About the RolePart-time, flexible one-to-one tuition for secondary-aged pupilsCore subjects include English and Maths, with additional subject support where appropriateOff-site education delivered locally across the Wokingham areaStart date: After February half-term, with work available until at least September and likely to continue beyondHours may vary day to day, allowing flexibility around other commitmentsTutors will be supported by and report directly to the SENDCoStudent Needs and FocusTutors will work with pupils across KS3 and KS4, with responsibilities including:Delivering English and/or Maths at secondary levelSupporting literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific skillsBuilding confidence and promoting pupil engagementSupporting re-engagement for pupils who may be disengaged from educationPupils may have a range of additional needs, including SEN and/or SEMH.
