Outreach Secondary QTS Teacher - One-to-One Location: Tiptree, Essex Remuneration: 25 per hour, Self Employed or Umbrella (outside IR35) Commitment: 5 days per week - During School Hours either Half days (AM or PM) or Full days Contract: 10 - 30 hours per week Role: We are looking for a dedicated Outreach Teacher to provide tailored educational support to students unable to attend mainstream education due to reasons such as Behavioural, Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, or those at risk of exclusion. This role offers significant job satisfaction, involving one-to-one and group sessions covering subjects like basic Mathematics, English, Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education, interventions, and mentoring. Sessions are conducted in various settings, including pupils'' homes, local libraries, and schools. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of literacy and numeracy, alongside experience working with children Students range from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Year 11, with support extending up to GCSE/Functional Skills levels.
