      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;14.25 - &amp;pound;15.50/hour | Type: Temporary | TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established children''s residential care provider with several homes across Birmingham. The provider supports children and young people aged 6-16 with EBD, Autism and SEMH, promoting a safe, nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential through a caring and therapeutic approach.  We are looking to recruit a Qualified Residential Support Worker (Children) on a temporary, part-time basis with an ASAP start. The successful Qualified Residential Support Worker (Children) will support young people with their daily routines, promote independence, manage challenging behaviours positively, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care across a number of residential homes. Shifts include 12-hour day shifts (10:00am to 10:00pm), with sleep shifts and waking nights also available.
