Key Responsibilities Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Review titles, contracts, searches and property documentation. Raise and respond to enquiries and negotiate where required. Manage transactions through exchange and completion. Deal with Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements. Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors. Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice and maintain excellent client care. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, AML and risk requirements. Requirements Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent.
