Are you passionate about supporting little learners as they explore the world around them? We’re looking for a caring, creative and organised Room Leader to guide our busy Two-Year Olds Room in Beckenham

What you’ll be doing:

• Making sure every child feels safe, happy and nurtured.
• Leading and inspiring a small team to create exciting, age-appropriate activities.
• Keeping track of each child’s learning journey and sharing milestones with families.
• Supporting children with additional needs so every child can shine.
• Carrying out two-year progress checks and working closely with parents.
• Helping your team grow through supervision, guidance and training.
• Ensuring the room is safe, clean and welcoming every single day.
• Building strong relationships with families, staff and the wider community.

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) – essential for this role.
• Experience working with toddlers and leading a team.
• A warm, supportive and fun-loving approach.
• A good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Strong communication skills and a love for working in partnership with parents.
• Organised, reliable and ready to take on responsibility.
